Overnight into July 18, about at 3.30 am a shell got into territory of Lisichansk Oil Refinery.

According to Informator, in the result of getting of the shell, a cistern started burning.

Acting chairwoman of Luhansk Oblast Administration Iryna Verigina said on her page in a social network, “Lisichansk Oil Refinery is on fire: a capacity at 50 thousand tons for keeping of oil-slimes, 2 capacities at 20 tons of gas, storehouse for keeping of brimstone is also on fire. Terrorists fired at this object from “Grad”.
